Got I/v notice at USCIS SFO local office in 3 months,PD is not current

My case is transffered from NSC to Sanfrancisco local office on MArch'13th 2007.I got i/v notice on June'3rd'2007 and i/v date is scheduled June 27th'2007.My PD is not current.

My case is EB2(india) Priority date:6/9/2005.Mine is AC21 case

485 Notice date: 9/29/2005
140 approved on 8/9/2006

Past 3 years W-2's and federal tax documents

company corporate taxes and four DE-6 reports.(My company is billion dollar company.So,my attorny said,I just get one letter from account manager stating that no of employees and revenues for FY2006.That's enough,if company has more than 100 employees.or we can buy D & B report at http://www.hoovers.com)

all previous original adavance paroles

all passports and all i-94's

current employement letter and four earning statements.

I am going to hire an attorny from one law firm.It just one block away from USCIS SFO office.
