2nd F/P scheduled for the first week of Sep
I/V date 12/9/03
approval date: hoping for the same day

They asked for tax returns and W-2 for the past 3 yrs, letter from employer, and some ID. Do not need to do the medicals again.

Seems they are working A LITTLE!!!
Hope every one gets it over with soon!

desparate1,

Good to hear for your inview schedule. Looks like Arlington working on "Last in First out" basis. Atleast some files are moving. Don't know what to do on my case (RD 9/24/02, TD 10/7/02). I tried my best-contacted two Senators, no use.

Hi cimacti,

interview date is in December. My 2nd fingerprint is scheduled for the first week of september.

Hi fikabir,

After I received the letters, my lawyer said she kept on calling a supervisor in Arlington. She said she left numerous messages and according to her, that's why we got an interview date!!!!!!! I really doubt if she really did that! But ask your lawyer to give it a shot. It may work. You never know! Have you ever tried to talk to a supervisor in Arlington?

Good luck to all

desparate1,

My lawyer does not want to call Arlington office. He asked me to go and check. I did check at the end of May and IIO said it is with the review officer from March 20. I didn't ask for a Supervisor. Next time when i'll visit them I'll ask.

thanks

If you need to speak with a supervisor you will have to go to the office before 7:30 am mon-fri; the fun thing is that everybody else is there at 4/5 a.m. maybe eralier in the morning therefore you never know if you'll ever even speak to one!
Good luck! my interview was done in dec. 2002 and I am still waiting for approval...

Hi Stupe72,

Are you waiting for approval or for the issue of the card? Did they stamp your Passport on the same day?

When I was in Arlington last time, they said the officer who conducts the I/V, has by law, 120 days to decide. On the 121st day, you can appeal and ask about the status of your case.

Good luck
