Got I-140 Approval email today at 8:42am

Hi, all,

I got the approval email this morning. However on Monday I also received email for RFE. I am a little confused. Which one should I believe?
Monday I also received email of RFE for my I-485 and my wife's I-485.

Looks like your I-140 is already approved. and got RFE on I-485. Are you sure that your PD is 12/02 and effected by retro.. i mean you are not PT or PN?
 
Can you please post the details of what the RFE message is. Exactly what does it say in the RFE? Can you even post the details of when your labor was applied and approved. Appreciate your reply.
 
my lawyer has not received the RFE mail. On Monday I just received the the RFE emails for I-140 and I-485. The email for I-140 says:

Application Type: I140 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status:

On June 4, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283. ......

Today the email says:

Application Type: I140 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On June 7, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.


My labor was file on December 12, 2002 to Florida state. On Jan 17, 2003 it was moved to Altanta Regional Office. Approved on June 8, 2004.
 
So.. You didnt GET RFE on I-485? . If you did please post the RFE Once you receive the letter from USCIS.
 
Not yet. I will post it once mail arrives.

Got the RFE of my I-485 but not of spouse's.
It ask for copies of passport, visa, status change approval notice, I-20s, and departure record.

In the same time my lawyer received the I-140 approval notice.
