Got Girl Pregnent While on Holiday in USA What now ??

Hi

While in Florida last year for my vacation I ended up meeting a girl and one thing led to another if you know what I mean. Now I am back in the United Kingdom (my home) and shes told me she is pregnent wiith my baby.

I am going to ask her get tests done to verify the baby is mine, but if it is what do I do ?? I don't even really know the girl that well and don't want to marry her, but I do want to be a father to my child if it turns out to be mine.

I have looked at all visas and by the looks of it I would not qualify for any

Can someone please advise if there is some sort of parental visa oor something surely there must be someway ???

What happens if I got married to her in the USA and divorced would I still be able to stay in the USA.

If you get a Green Card based on marriage and then you divorce, usually, your GC is not invalidated (meaning you can stay as long as you want). However, marrying just because you want to get the GC is considered fraud and if the officer suspects this problem, you will not get GC.
