Got GC without Employment letter

Anyone applied 485 without emp letter and didnot get an RFE ?
Though I am employed, I am not likely to get a corresponding emp letter from employer, because they filed my labor with a different job title and desc.

I am already 3 months into 485 processing (did not submit Emp Leter), with FP done last week.....

Any workaround to this situation ? Any suggestions...
