I recently got married , applied for H4 visa(since I still have a valid H1B and never used my EAD card to work) for my spouse . But by the time she got her H4 visa stamped , I got my 485 approval. I came back alone from India and consulted couple of people and got some different opinions. Is it possible for her to come on H4 visa, since she has a valid H4 visa ?
