Got FP Notice. When is the best time of the day to do it?

Guys,
We have received FP notice to go to Dallas center at Northwest highway.
If anyone was there before, when is the best time of the day to do it? I am going to go there on Saturday. Is it better to go in the morning or afternoon?

Please share your experience.

I have to drive two hours in order to get there.
