Got FP notice.. Need guidance..

Hello all, I got FP notice. I have an appointment on Feb 22nd and my wife on Feb 23rd, But we will be in India during that time. So my question, is there a way we could get early FP before we leave? I know lot of people might have faced similar situations before. So if anyone could give some guidance it would be great. I am in Kansas.

I tried to go early in Miami and was shot down. I was told we could go in up to thirty days after the scheduled date.

So the question is whether you are returning from India within thirty days or not? If not then you will have to submit for re-scheduling.

Thanks for the response Koeng, I will try my luck if I can get one early, if not there is always plan B :p . and I will in March 1st week, so it will be well with in 30 days.

BTW I updated the tracker some time back, if its not showing then, might be there is a chance someone might have overwritten. I will do it again -Thanks
 
Take proof of your India trip

Take your tickets as proof. I have seen some others do that as a justification for early FP.
 
Hey thank you all guys for providing the info on Early FP... I went today and talked to them about my overlapping scheduled FP date and my trip to India dates. The guy over there said no problem we can take it now.... Felt good. :p
