I got FP Notice for 7th Nov 07, I have filed for my 485 but my spouse has not filed it yet and is in India and can't file 485 since the Date is not current.
I'm worried if I should do it after applying my spouse's 485 cuz the spouse won't be able to apply if somehow my GC comes thru.
I need advise If I should go for FP or not? Also how do we reschedule the date for this.
