why so early? did it mean anything? it should be 2009-2010 for my greencard as it said in their website, why FP so early then?

Seems like the UCIS is trying to show the court that they are doing something http://www.ailf.org/lac/lac_lit_090403.asp!

Also, seems like they are trying to "weed out" those with criminial backgrounds to clear the backlog and get themselves out of their mess!
