Got FP notice but miss yellow form (NSC). What can I do ?????

I just got FP notice. My friend told me that it should come with a yellow form since my green card is based on employer. I called INS national customer service center this morning and the lady told me that I may or may not get one from local application support center. Should my lawyer get one ( NSC sent original FP notice to me not my lawyer) or should I call NSC IIO to get a new one?

Could you post your detailed information so that others can get an idea how long
they are going to receive the FP notice (city, RD, ND,...)?

To your question, some of the employment based cases do receive the yellow form,
but some do not. Check with your lawyer to see if he or she received one. If neither
received one, just forget about it. Do you finger print and that is what happened to
my friends here at Detroit. If your lawyer received one, then you need to file it with
the employment letter.
