got FP notice again...!!!

Hi my wife got FP notice again... is it weired or what???
i don't know why INS has send it but.. i should go anyway's //

how long it takes for INS to receive FP once it is done...
 
Me too . But i called FBI to know whether they have received
the FP ,and ignored safely after knowing that they did got it
and processed..!!
 
- I still have not got my FP yet.. my nd was in april

- Strange you guys getting FP multiple time.
I hope the INS stops any new drugs to their employees... :mad:


My lawyer is a very cool dude :cool: When I ask him about faxing to INS for the FP... he believes that FP's take 9 to 12 months from ND... bet he's on the same drugs...
 
FP moves in mysterious ways!

Received my FP notice sometime last week, ND 1st October. So it was inside 27 days. But I recollect reading an interesting FAQ on Murthy.com which mentioned that receiving FP notices are totally arbitrary. Some people get it early in the game, some get it late. Apparently FP notices are sub-contracted to independent agencies, and they issue notices based upon information provided by INS.

I wouldn't worry too much about FP Notices if I were you. It takes less than 2-3 weeks to have your finger prints taken and verified by FBI. So the moment INS decides to process a case that doesn't have a fingerprint notice issued, it will promptly be done.
