Got FP Appointment Notice for younger son too

I have two kids who are 8 and 10 years old. I got FP Appointment notice for my younger son for the last week of July'07 which is a day earlier of our FP Appointment date. I am wondering whether kids are supposed to go through FP Process.
 
My daughter too

My daughter (21/2 year old) also got FP notice and fp done on 20th july. LUD s for all on 7/20 and 7/23.
