Got FP and yellow form question, please.

Hi,

I got FP notice last week(RD 2/2001, ND 3/2001 EB2) and yellow form.
Please help me to clarify some questions. I will appreciate your any input.

1. For the employment letter, should I ask my company to put the exact same job title as my I-140?

2.For the employment authorization document, does that mean any EAD before or after filing I-485? I had Pratical Training. But, one of the lawyer told me that I should submit any EAD that received after I filed I485 which means that Pratical Training is exclusive. Is this right?

3.This lawyer told me also that I have to submit current I-94 card too, is this right?

Yes, use the same title and salary as stated in I140. If salary has increased in the meantime, just state that you will be paid at least the amount mentioned in I140.
Why don\'t you include the PT since it is a form of employment authorization and with INS more is always better than slightly less.
I don\'t think I94 card is required but go for it.
