I got finger print notices forwarded from old address to new address by INS. ( Post office sent them back to INS office instead of forwarding to the new Address given to them ). It has the same appointment date at the same center.

What should we do? Go ahead and have the finger print done again? INS system says its been received and process has been resumed.

Thanks.

Same is my Case.

Yesterday only I got the FP Notice which was scheduled for 2 months Back? Any Input Guys.

I had received duplicate notices

I had received duplicate FP notices a couple of weeks apart. Both of them had the same information and I got both of them before the scheduled date. My lawyer just told me to ignore the second notice.
He has seen many of his clients get duplicate notices.

i also got it

I also got it. May be INS is checking if the addresses is correct and there is no return from post offices.

i think it is just an

error in the FP notice generation system. why would INS check if the addresses are correct ? It is the applicants\' responsibility to maintain their correct address with the INS. and in any case not getting a return from the post office does not necessarily mean that the address is correct.
