Got engaged, Can I Include the name of the girl in Spouse\'s Column?

Hi Folks,
    I got engaged to a girl and I am planning to apply my I-485 , Is it possible to apply the spouse\'s I-485 as a "Follow to join" option? ,
If "yes" Can I specify the name of the engaged girl in Spouse\'s column?

Please let me know.

You wish!!

You have to get married and submit the marriage certificate while filing 485 as husband & wife. You can file 485 for her later on as a follow to join but make sure you\'re not approved before you file her app as it can jeopardise her application.
