The 485 was filed 9/14/2004, usually it should be approved now, but I just got the following email,I wonder how long will it take to get approved?

"Current Status:?

On June 22, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or
information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material
is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14
days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National
Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

Its an RFE

Your lawyer will recieve the RFE paperwork. The RFE will explain what they need. Here is the thread where we are tracking RFE cases

As you will see, it is either taking a few weeks or several months for cases to get approved after RFE.

The following is the details of my case:

485 filed 9/14/2005

FP 4/22/2005( should be done 4/01/2005, rescheduled)

received REF email 06/22/2005
