Hi Gurus,
My I-140 receipt date is 3/9/04. My attorney sent an inquiry yesterday. Today I got an email with following message and my online status also got updated with same message:
On February 2, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

What could this be? Does USCIS send email and update the online status when they receive attorney's inquiry? Or could this be RFE?

Thx

Nope. This has nothing to do with RFE, This is responding to "YOUR request for more information". I got the same email and got 140 approival after about a week. So don't worry. The message itself does not necessarily mean bad news. It could be good news so don't worry it at all.

Seems like RFE, at least they looked at the case this way!
