Got EAD errors corrected

My wife\'s EAD has errors about the country of birth and date of birth. I applied on my own on Jan 12, 2002 for replacement card. Got the receipt on Jan 16, 2002. Got the replacement card on Jan 25, 2002. From Nebraska.
Thought it would be helpful for many guys who had the same issue.

Thanks. Where did you get replacement form. My wife\'s name is mispelled on EAD card.
 
I-765

Use the same I-765 and check the box for replacement option. I sent a separate letter explaining the errors and I also attached a copy of her passport with correct data. Hope this helps. Just name problem is ok. You don\'t need to correct. Anyway you will be filing for renewal, that time you can get it corrected. I got it corrected because of the country of birth and date of birth were wrong.
