Got EAD/AP 1month NSC

Filed EAD and AP (both firsttime) around Oct 22nd at Nebraska.

Approved Nov 24.
got it in my hand on Nov 29th.

That's so fast! I also filed I-485, EAD and AP to NSC on Oct 22, 2003. My ND is 10/24/03.
I haven't got anything yet.

I heard that NSC asks for color copy of DL and passport page. They send RFE for these documents for EAD and AP. Did you attach them when you filed i-765 and i-131? Thanks.


BTW, has your I-140 been approved?

no, i didnt give any color copies of pp or license. guess i just got lucky.

i filed 140 and 485 together last month. so i believe 140 is still pending (dont know the receipt # to track it)
