Hi, I am married to a USC in February. filed for EAD and Adjustment of status. I got my EAD recently and recieved interview date which is in september 2005. But we are having problems and its going to end up in divorce. I really need some expert advice on what will be my position in that case. Do i have to go back to my country / is there a way I can fight my own case. This was all unexpected but we have no choice. Please suggest me something, I am very confused.
