I got denied twice-- once was because the officer didn't understand my letter and asked me to return with a new one, the second time because they said my job sounded like a manager instead of qualifying as a management consultant. this happened in the last two days.
i am wondering-- should i try a third time at the buffalo border? or will another denial screw up a future TN application (for another job?)?
the only good news i've heard today was another company wanted to hire me and was willing to help me through my immigration problems with counsel.
