I Got copy of RFE today from My Lawyer about three things.
- Your earnings statements for the last two months .
- Your Federal Income Tax returns including all schedules and forms W-2 for the last two years.
- previous I-797 approval notices.
Apart from this my Lawyer is saying that when my Labor was filed in March 2000 , The was an RFE about my Salary. My employer wrote a letter saying that after my green card processing he will pay the required salary.
But my lawyer is saying now that we need to have another letter because my salary is not what was promised. though I haven't got my green card and not used my EAD.
Is my Lawyer trying to make it more complecated or it is mandatory. Pl advice.
