Hi all,
thought I'll share this with you in case there is anyone out there who is in the same situation.
I got a notice for Bio a few days ago and the appointment is for 8/19 at the center location within the vincinity of my old address. I called NSC and told the rep I have notified USCIS about a change of address but she said she won't be able reschedule over the phone as it has to be done in writing. She also said it might delay the case for another 6 months if I were to reschedule. My best bet is either to show up at one of the local centers and see if they would accept me, or show up at the actual appointment.
I went to one of the local centers this afternoon and explained my situation. They accepted me without questioning. The Bio notice is for code 2; they took a print of my right index finger, picture and signature.
Hope this is helpful.
