Got Assessment notice from SWA

Applied on Jan4 2002, my lawyer said they got Assessment notice from SWA, WA, and they are going to reply for that. She did not give me any more details. She said in present economy this is not uncommon.
Does anyone know how long will it take after we get the notice and file a reply to get approval for SWA?

I got one in calif in june.
they give 45 days to reply.

once u reply to the assessment notice it takes a week for them to review and forward or reject.
