Me my wife and kid got approved today

Friends, this was a short journey compared to many who have shared their experiance
had multiple options to get GC
had delayed I140n and later I 485 because of work pressures and my own lack of enthusiasm based on the troubles other people had to go thru to get GC
many friends and co workers pushed me and here i am in less than 2 years from start to finish.
I am sure all of you will get yours very soon.
Always liked the community feeling here on this forum

i will post my stamping experiance once i complete the process

I will keep visiting just to get the satisfaction of seeing many of you posting your approvals over here as i am sure it is a matter of time only. if you look at september or october cases you see almost everyone is approved however i know for a lot of our friends a delay can be very costly especially with the prevailing economic conditions.

freedom to make choices even more choices than earlier. also pressure to abondon earlier choices ( going back and doing teaching and research ) freedom to have to look for a house (which county or state - vermont to florida and hawai to alaska), how big, close to city or suburbs) freedom to start a venture (partners, funding, IP ) the freedom gets so much that we get to analysis paralysis. its true that grass is greener on the other side especially on the other side of a GREEN card . :cool:

freedom or bondage is in our mind i guess and we are born free we just keep chaining ourselves down so that we dont fly too high with the given freedom and get lost in the stratosphere :) or beyond thru the ozone hole !!!

may be i am wrong or may be i did not experience the exploitation of employers during the long wait for the approval. In anycase the birden of choices which come with freedom will have to be born by the ex slaves too after they are set free.
