Got AP from Miami but it looks too different, simple & ordinary

The adv. parole document that was issued to me by TSC had an error with my middle initial.

Even though my first name and last names were correct on the document, I did not feel comfortable with the wrong middle initial.

So I went to the Miami immigration local office to seek a correction. I was asked to complete a new form I-131 with photos but no payment.

I submitted the new application and after one week, i was issued another AP document by the Miami office.

But to my surprise, the AP I got from Miami is just ordinary white paper with my name and other relevant info like the immigration officer address and the seal. That's all. Even my photo is just gummed to the paper.

It does not look anywhere near the previous AP that I got from TSC in terms of security features like the special stationery, background features, embossed photos etc.

Please I have the following questions:
Has any body had a similar AP/experience?

Is this the normal AP format from Local Immigration offices? I thought that AP was a standard document no matter which office it is obtained from?

Would it be safe to travel with it?

Please kindly share your opinions with me.

Last year I had to go to India due to the death of a family member and my AP was not approved. So I went to the local office to get an AP and I informed them my application was pending. They issued me one within an hour and it was like how you explained about yours. I had no problem leaving the country and coming back.I think the local offices doesn't have the proper equipment to embose etc etc. Hope you had taken the copy of original one before surrendering.

Thanj you, Panch for your response. yes I did take a copy of the previous AP before surendering it to the local office.

Please folks, I will appreciate if you could share your opinions/experiences if any, regarding this. Thanks a lot in advance!!
