Got an email from CRIS

Hi everybody,

Today, both me and my wife got an email saying that our cases are approved.

However, this is 2nd time in the last 3 month we got the same emails. The earlier email was seemed to be vague and a mistake. Please check my earlier post.

Let's see what comes out this time. This time I will believe only if I get an approval notice in my hand. We are going to have sleepless night for next 7 to 10 days.

Does anybody in the same boat.

I am happy that atleast some NIW got approved. What do you think triggered approvals? Did you LUDs change couple of days before approvals? Is your security check cleared? Did you request anyone...FBI, senator or someone to expedite your case. Please share your expirience.

Confusing Emails....!

Friends,

I applied for EAD and AP renewal on 08/26.

on 09/16 , I got 2 emails FROM CRIS saying :AP for both of us are approved.

0n 09/29 , I got another 2 emails FROM CRIS saying: our EAD are approved and new cards have been ordered. They will be mailed when ready.

on 09/30 I got 4 emails from USICS saying:
"
This case has been approved. On September 30, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."


The SRC nos. for these emails are same as the ones for AP and EAD. But if as of 09/29 EAD and AP was approved , what could have triggered another 4 emails ? I am just confused....! There is no LUD on I-485.

Does any one have simmilar experience earlier ?

You are worried about the issue without any reason. the last four emails were to tell you that they have mailed your approval notice. First two were to tell you they ordered and approved your cards/AP.

Dont worry about such silly things.

GC-PHOBIA is making me to worry a lot...! I have already recived my AP documents in the mail this week. So I was not sure what these emails were for.

Thanks for all the congratulations.

I will enjoy them only if I really get the approval notice. I have already gone through this process once before without having any real approval notice.

I know that my FBI name check was pending till last week.

Don't know anything right know.
