Got a very small envelope for 485 RFE, how to mail it?

I just got a 485 RFE (medical exams) from USCIS, coming with a very small envelope. In the letter, I was told to mail the RFEed materials back to them in this small envelope. But it is not big enough to hold all my materials. What to do? Please give me your advice. Thanks!!!! Also, I appreciate if anybody can kindly let me know the cover letter for RFE. How long did it take to get the RFE? Did your online status change?

Stick the envelop on the big envelop and mail it, they basically need the red lettering on the envelope. Make sure it is visible
