RFE Received on 10/28/02 (checked up online) , there is no details provided . Both myself & my wife got RFE, so I'm assuming it could be medical or Birth/marriage certificate related.

It's amazing that INS has started to process Dec cases.

I'll search 6953000 - 6953100 cases to find out how many cases are processed

someone please check
100 -200
200 - 300
300 - 400
400 - 500

No more cases after 500.
 
VA_dude ... RFE does not always mean a bad thing! Just wait till you get the letter and reply ...

If I were you, I'd be really damn ecstatic to learn that at least it suggests that your I-485 is being adjudicated by an officer. My sincere good luck to your case!

I am confused...how come your ND is 12/13/01 where as your RD is 12/21/01..........

Is it the other way ?
