this is regarding my wifes case.
RD - 07/31/2001
ND - 09/10/2001
her case was transfered to newark and she had an interview on 12/03/2002
after the interview we were told that we will get a reply after 30 days after CIA/FBI check.
but we didnt receive anything.so i called INS, newark and enquired about her case.the lady who answered the phone told me that we will get a reply in 3-4 weeks.
last week i got a letter from BCIS saying her case is transfered to the examination unit.
i dont know what that means and i dont know how long will it take.anybody has any ideas?
