1) Joined the company A and my H1 was as programmer and analyst.
2) Applied for I140 with already done labour as Network analyst.
3) I have all the credentials as s network guy.
4) Now the case is tfr..to Local INS.
Will the employement letter cause any problem for me during the interview?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
