Got a Notice of Intent to Deny

Hi

Today i have received a Notice of Intent to Deny.
Reason that they do not have any record of my NASEER registration.
I had the front copy of my I94 (which i had at that time) not the back where they had note that i was appeared for it.
Also when i went to visit my country i went for an interview at the Airport and they put a stamp on my Passport (EXIT).
In a notice they asked to bring Passport, Photo Id, employement Document I94 etc.

My PD is May 25 2001.

If some one has any experience like this please share it.

I got RFE related to NASEER for my EAD & AP but did not get anything related to 485. I send them the copy of 1-94 front & Back and I got EAD & AP approved.
