Got a letter from BCIS

saying your RD is 12/14/01 and we are processing these dates. You should expect some thing in 6 weeks.

Now can i trust this and plan something accordingly or its just gonna be another 6 weeks after 6 weeks and another 6 after that.

WAC-02-066-5XXXX
FP 6/6/02

No second FP/RFE
 
Wouldn't trust INS to help a blind man cross the street.

Having said that, CSC is showing signs of increasing the speed of processing, and is currently clearing out cases around your PD. So I would tentatively plan on either a RFE or some good news in the near future! :)

how did you get reply? Did you sent enquirey about case? I am also 02-066 series, we gave our second FP first week of november then afterwards nothing happend?

My RD/ND is Jan 4 2002.

Does the BCIS process by RD/ND or WAC number?
The reason why I'm asking is since 066 case is already being processed as mentioned in the previous posts.

I sent an enquiry on Nov 3 by calling NSC and got no reply yet. When did you send your enquiry and how?

Again I have faxed an enquiry directly to CSC week before thanksgiving. Will update here, if I get any reply from them.

Earlier in Sept/Oct timeframe, I sent an enquiry thru NSC and got a reply from CSC in 4 weeks saying that they are processing the cases in my date and will get back to me when they process mine.

Atleast now they are saying to wait for 6 weeks, which is good.

I once got a call from INS. What happened was that I sent an enquiry for my AP. But, I mistyped my WAC number. This IIO called me 8 AM on SATURDAY and asked for correct WAC. He then said told me to expect AP approval by the evening. I checked next day, it was approved.

Something is off here. WAC 02-064 should have a ND of either 12th/13th/14th Dec and not 4th Jan.
Maybe on 4th Jan you or your lawyer received the notice (by post) for the I485 application.
Please verify to get out of the confusion.
