I've received a call just now from USCIS, the person called said that she is from CIS Customer Service and CSC sent an RFE which should be arriving in a week. She does not know what the RFE for. My status did not get updated.
Mine is Labor substitution case.
Filed 140 in Jan 2002, and approve 3/26/2002.
Filed 485 RD 5/30/2002, ND 5/31/2002 WAC 02 197 5xxxx
Lets see what they are looking for.
