Hi,
I was given H1B - 221(g) twice and the second time it was Administrative processing on 27th Jan,2005. They retained all my original degree and experience certificates. After waiting for a month, today morning I got a call from New Delhi Consulate saying the officer wants to see me in person.
I asked her whether my visa is approved or rejected or any decision taken on the case. But the person who called me just said..she is unable to tell that..i have to meet the officer to know the decision.
1. My concern is, wont they inform the decision (approval or rejection) on phone?
or is it the case that they will not reveal when its rejection and anyway i have to meet the officer.
2. what are the chances of getting visa rejection after 221(g) administrative processing??? any cases where 221(g) AP got rejections??
