Got 485 Approved for me, wife and one kid but other kid not yet approved

485 was approved 3 out of 4 members in one family.
(Not bad ....75% Success rate)
I then enquired with USCIS ,why my daughter's case was not approved. Got standard reply as follows:
"The processing in your case is delayed. All petitions received are required to have routine security check that are resulting in delays of adjudicating petitions. As a result of the lack of manpower to complete the checks in a timely manner, we have no control how long these checks will take. We can give no definite indication of when they will be completed ."

Can someone tell me if I can do anything ?

please let me know your LUD,ND,RD,Labor was original or substi ?
 
Lots of people in a similar situation.

They have approved 4 out of my family of 6 so your 75% beats my 67%!

My children who turned 14 or 16 while waiting were delayed:

For the 14 YO transition it's becuase he now needs fingerprints. He got the FP request and I took him in but there has been no update not even a LUD change.
For the 16 YO she got an RFE becuase I signed the forms on her behalf and now that she's 16 she needs to sign them herself. Her status is RFE response reveived.

I plan on escalating if there is still no movement in the next month or so becuase their AP's will expire.
