1st RFE - for employment documents were sent to the INS 6/14/00.
2nd RFE - for my wife received yesterday from my attorney - INS requesting a completed medical examination indicating the results of a tuberculin skin test (which was already done about a year ago and filed along with our I485 application)
My question is : After my wife takes the TB skin test again and sends it back to the INS, how long is it going to take for them to adjudicate our case ?
(We have travel plans for the end of the month)
