Got 2nd FP

Although my case was touched before the expiration of the FP, and after almost 2 months of replying to RFE, today i got the 2nd FP notice. I have to do it in Alexandria office.

Do you guys know if they accept early FP?

Is it safe to do an early FP or it might trigger something? like transfer?
