Mine and spouse's 485 has been approved on Dec 30th ( big releif ) , but my kids 485 is still not approved.
Can you gurus , tell me if my kids 485 will be affected my Jan Retrogression ? Also as far as i know kids do not need to be finger printed right ? Kid is 6 yeasr old.
My details are below. And let me know if you guys need any more info. I will be glad to , and thanks once again for this forum members , it has been of immense help during the past.
I applied semi concurrently
PD April/2003 EB3
140 RD 10/20/2003 AD 12/21/2004
485 RD Jan/2004 AD 12/30/2004 ( self and spouse )
485 for kid still pending ???? ( will it be affected by Jan Retro )
Never applied for 2nd EAD or AP , was planning to though.
