I have a query-

How does income from Google Adsense affect your status if you are primary GC applicant on I-485 status working with the sponsoring employer?

At the end of the year Google will send 1099 to you and IRS. I am primary applicant, working with the sponsoring employer. I do have EAD which I have not used. Had gone out of country and entered using AP.

Gurus, please advice. Thanks!
 
You have implicitly used the EAD as a self-employed person, by setting up a web site that brings in Google Adsense money. Unless you paid somebody to do the web site and didn't do the work yourself.

may be just incorporate company like LLC and get tax id, you can get revenue on that company name from google from adsense..... that way you can avoid personal SSN revenue...

I hope you making thousands from adsense :-)

So technically I will loose my H1B status, and will be on working on EAD, right?

But my AOS does not get affected or does it? Not clear on this. Please help!
