good sign or bad sign?

my friend asked me about her(src01252xxxx) online msg changed ."...On February 13, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in HOUSTON, TX for them to schedule and conduct your interview..." it is a good sign or bad sign? please help

Bad in that they will have to wait a few more months for the interview and get all the necessary papers ready.
