My concurrent 140 / 485 got approved on Oct 28,2004 and status got updated on 11/1/2004.
I had applied for EAD on 9/20/2004, the EAD has not been approved yet.
140 and 485 application date: Sept27,2003. Processing time: 1 year and 1 month.
Thank you all fellow applicants. If any applicants have applied before me, I just pray that your cases get approved soon. For applicants applied after me, I hope your cases will also get approved soon. I think right now EB2 (Aug,Sept, Oct) cases are getting worked on , as evident by two other postings of approvals on this NSC forum.
Thank the divine power, a higher power, for taking care of all of us...a divine intervention without name, form, caste, creed, sex or religion.

Congrats!!!

Anyone has any info. on what basis some concurrent I-485s are get approved early. Is it ramdom?

they are approving concurent filed in SEP/OCT 2003 now. I have seen many approvals. My close friend also got approved in this.
