My concurrent EB-2 140 / 485 got approved on Oct 28,2004 and status got updated on 11/1/2004.
I had applied for EAD on 9/20/2004, the EAD has not been approved yet.
140 and 485 application date: Sept27,2003. Processing time: 1 year and 1 month.
Thank you all fellow applicants. If any applicants have applied before me, I just pray that your cases get approved soon. For applicants applied after me, I hope your cases will also get approved soon. I think right now EB2 (Aug,Sept, Oct) cases are getting worked on , as evident by two other postings of approvals on this NSC forum.
Thank the divine power, a higher power, for taking care of all of us...a divine intervention without name, form, caste, creed, sex or religion.

congrats man! This is great stuff. I think our combined cribbing worked! Thanks to honeysusu for this over the last week!!! :) Could you let us know if you used substitute labor cert and the date your labor cert was filed. If you have this in the spreadsheet, dont bother. regards

140 - 10/08/03 - Pending
485 - 12/05/03 - Pending
FP - 5/11/04- Updated USCIS site ( Received) - 06/07/04
1st EAD/AP ( Approved ) - 01/17/04
2nd EAD/AP ( Applied ) - 09/29/04

Not Substitute Labor.

My FP as done in May 2004 (I think it was May 10).
The Last update date for 140 and 485 was 11/1/2004 for 140 and 485. The message states that the approval notice was mailed on Oct 28,2004.
Applied for 2 nd EAD on 9/20/2004. This EAD has not been approved yet.
 
It's such a good news, registrationid!!! It's a good sign for all EB2 filers. May god bless us all!!! :)

My concurrent EB2 I140/485 receive dates are same as yours.
Guys its mow's turn now (until it takes a few years at the FBI for name check for having a specific religious belief)!!!
