Good news(?) - some movement in my case!

I am a EB1 wac 02 205xxx (late June 2002) applicant. About a year ago, for some unknown reason, my case was moved from CSC to VSC (I live in California). In early March of this year, my case was transferred to the San Francisco local office. I "think" this is good news, though a tranfer to San Jose (where I work) would have been even better.

What do the regulars on the board think?

Thanks.

EB1 or EB2 or EB3 doesn't matter.

Hi, I filed my 485 in EB1 with WAC-02-095-XXXXX and my RD is 01/25/02. There has been no movement in my case since then. I think even my finger prints would have expired by now. I know a few more friends who are EB1 in my series and they are in the same boat as I am. So, bottom line is, it doesn't matter if you filed in EB1 or EB2 or EB3. It'll take its own time these days. I guess you should consider yourself lucky for your case to be in a movement here :) Good luck.
