As far as the statements go, they are merely proposals and there\'s long way to go for these to become a reality and that we benefit from it. I am not being pessimistic, however. We shall definitely benefit from it when we are ready to apply for naturalization few years down the road.
just my 2c, it\'s too little, too late and there\'s nothing much to get excited about. However, it is comforting to know that the new administration understands the problems of INS and is formulating a plan to fix it.
