Just now i saw march 2001 case approved on isn.org. Seems NSC is doing I-485 fast.

I don\'t know if this is the same guy or not, I saw a posting
on immitracker.com site too. EB2 China, RD 02/2001 ND 03/2001
He said approved on 10/29/01. I am skeptical about this one.
Even if this were true, it again shows NSC\'s pathetic results
in I485 approvals. Why would they approve one such application
when they ought to process prior applications first?

Looks like they like to randomly pick up cases and approve or deny
How can they approve MArch when we have sep , oct , nov, dec 2000 cases
Jan 2001, Feb 2001 cases yet to process
no point arguing just wait and see

Folks, some people (like the person from China mentioned above) have kids who are on the borderline age. Those people can get their cases "expedited".
