Good news for interview descheduled applicants

Hello,
This is the new memo for the interview descheduled applicants. This sheds some accountability within USCIS. I hope this is a great sign to head to the new year with hopes of the immigration interview.

That looks like it could be good news. However, when they talk about rescheduling an interview, they only mention ones that were delayed by the applicant, not the ones that they screwed up. And, 11 weeks (2.5 months) is still a long time.

Oh well - it doesn't matter to me anymore (USC for nearly a week now)
