February 2002 Processing Times are out. TSC has changed from 60,000 pending cases to 43000 pending cases. This is a lot of change. On an average, TSC processes around 5000 to 7000 I-485 cases per month.
I read somewhere that this is becasue some of the cases are now being transferred to less loaded SCs, such as VSC and NSC. Does this mean we will get faster response. Or it could be just additional mess! Let us see.
