This is JK a novice in Immigration mumbo-jumbo :o

My Labor App was recently approved and my company recently ( 6 days back ) filed my I-140.

What this news means to me?

Can I apply I-485 immeduaitely in parallel?

The link of this news has lot of if..then..

Any more details / non-legal-verbose honest opinion will be appreciated.
